I can not believe this. Joe was always working to be that better person we all strive to be. I am so sorry for his family and close friends. I knew him only through Facebook but I would have liked to have known him as a personal friend.

Thanks to Joe's family for sharing him with me for the time our hearts beat as one. We went our separate ways, but the love always remained. His heart and spirit was as genuine and full of life and love as they come. May his light shine on through his beloved children, family, and so many loved ones that were blessed to have crossed his path. I will always remember Joe's infectious laugh. I haven't seen him since I was a kid, but remember him, his sisters, and his parents being the coolest neighbors. Playing four square in their driveway and hanging out in their basement were my favorite things to do.
