James Junior Eaglen 71, of West Salem went home to be with the Lord after his battle with cancer on Wednesday July 29, 2015 at LifeCare Hospice in Wooster.
Graveside Services will Monday August 3, 2015 at 11:00 at Hillcrest Memorial Gardens, Seville with Pastor Steve Broughton officiating. Friends will be received at the Matteson Funeral Home in West Salem on Sunday evening 7:00 to 9:00.

He was born March 15, 1944 in Morgantown, West Virginia the son of Vincent & Priscella (Clark) Eaglen.
His family originated in West Virginia be moving to Ohio.
Jim had been employed at Larson’s Consolidated in Grafton as a factory worker.
He enjoyed fishing, gardening and going to flea markets. When he lived in Richwood, West Virginia he attended The Baptist Temple.
He is survived by a son David(Roberta)Eaglen, grandchildren, Felicia(Jesse)Adams, Abigal Eaglen, Jessica Eaglen & Brett Cool, Joshua Eaglen, Heather & Earl Eaglen, seven great grandchildren, mother-in-law, Betty Everett, favorite sister-in-law, Bobbie(Wide)Everett, nieces and nephews, Aaron(Brenda)Everett, Amy(David)Wise, Allen(Samantha)Everett, Anita(Chase)Fisher, Cindy, John & Richard Mayle and 14 great nieces and nephews.
His wife of 46 years, Laverna Eaglen, son, Luther Eaglen, parents, father-in-law, Luther Everett, brother-in-law, Franklin Everett and five brothers and sisters died previously.
