Our deepest sympathy from our family to yours. We are so heartbroken for all of you. I'm thankful that we are forever connected to your family because of the sweet grandson we share. Your daughter & my son were teenage parents & they needed our love, guidance & support during those first few years & I'm so thankful you were there to help in any way you were needed. I'm thankful that you were healthy for the first couple years of Brayden's life to not only help but mostly to experience the joy of being a grandma & to show him how much you loved him. Together all of us will be sure that he always remembers you & knows how much you loved him. You are his true MawMaw forever. Rest easy, Heather! You'll leave a huge void in everyone's lives.

HEATHER YOU WERE A VERY SPECIAL LADY I REMEMBER THE FIRST TIME WE SAW EACH OTHER YOU MADE ME FEEL SO WELCOME WE GREW CLOSER EACH TIME WE WERE TOGETHER.WE HAD SOME VERY SERIOUS TALKS AND SOME SAD TALKS. Heather is and always will be my best friend . We had so much fun together over the past 19 years and i will treasure those memories forever . I had the pleasure of getting to know Heather through our husbands..she was a wonderful and beautiful soul who always greeted me with a smile every time we met. Her laugh was infectious and I am thankful that I had the pleasure to know her. Our prayers and thoughts are with Tom, his daughters and grandson during this time.
