Horst Family,
We are so sorry about your loss. Gene was such a nice and caring man. We enjoyed seeing and talking to him at the garage. Even while he was sick, he was caring enough to send me a card wishing me well. We were hoping so much to be able to come and hug each and everyone of you to share the love for this great man but another operation has put me down again. Our thoughts are with your family and we pray for help for your healing process. We have lost a great and loving man.

I had the privilege of helping take care of Mr. Horst in my Medina Hospital Cardiology Clinic. I always enjoyed talking with him - he had the nicest smile. That's how I will remember him - always smiling and gentle. My thoughts are with Mrs. Horst and the rest of his family at this very difficult time. Rest in peace, Mr. Horst.
