Bruce B Harris

Bruce B. Harris, 81 of West Salem, Ohio went to be with his Lord and Savior on Thursday, Jan. 21, 2016 in his home. He was on born Feb. 28, 1934 in Scio, Ohio.

He graduated from Scio High School in 1952 and Miami University of Oxford in 1957. Bruce married Aneta (Kirby) in 1956. They had four children: Victor (Julie) of Grants Pass, Oregon; Steve (Sherry) of Avon, Ohio; Amy (Harris) Livchak (Rob) of Lima, Ohio and Brian (Stephanie) of Weatherford, Oklahoma and eight granddaughters and one grandson.

Preceded by his death were parents Joseph and Helen (Miller) Harris, siblings George Harris and Josie Eisele all from Scio.

Bruce was member of the Ashland Grace Church. He retired from North Olmsted Board of Education.  He spent his retirement years in home construction, volunteering for Hospice, the American Red Cross and was very active with New Tribe Missions.

A Memorial service will be held on January 31, 2016 at2:00 p.m. at Ashland Grace Church.
