Tina "Peaches" L. (Reed) Clark

Tina L. Clark of Sullivan died on November 14, 2022 at Akron General. She was born March 19, 1950 in Umatilla, Oregon to parents William and Janice (Spears) Reed.

She graduated from St. Joseph Nursing School in Lorain, Ohio. Tina went on to become a very successful LPN. She married the love of her life George Clark on March 14, 1981 and they had 41 loving years together. Tina enjoyed making her quilts and gardening. For her and George’s retirement they wanted to have blue berry bushes to sell blueberries. She planted all three hundred bushes while George was at work. Only one hundred and fifty survived but, it was a learning experience. Tina loved the blueberry business. She loved the relationships she made with all of her loyal customers through the years. She was also a member of the Faith Christian Church.

Tina was very passionate about helping people so she decided she wanted others to be blessed from her death. She was an organ donor to Ohio Lifebanc. Tina’s family hopes her donation will help many other families.

Tina leaves behind her loving husband, George Clark; daughter, Tiffany Blanton; grandchild, Ashley (Jordan) Helton; and siblings Lori Martin, Becky Bateman, Gary Reed and Robert Reed. She was preceded in death by her parents William and Janice Reed and her daughter Terri Kinney.

Services for Tina will be held on Thursday November 17, 2022 at 12:00pm located at the Matteson Funeral Home in West Salem, Ohio with Pastor Tom Keller officiating the service. Visitation will be two hours prior to the service. Burial in Chatham Cemetery. The family requests instead of flowers please make a donation to the Faith Christian Church P.O.
