Sandra Kay Roper

Sandra Kay Roper 60, died on November 30, 2022 at her home in Polk. She was born in Brunswick, Maine on December 18, 1961 to her mother Ruth JoAnne Senz. She married the love of her life her husband Charles (Robby) Roper on September 9th, 1978. She was a proud mother to her children and a grandmother to her grandchildren.

Sandra loved crafting, crocheting blankets, playing games on her phone, being a card shark and being a Cleveland Browns Fan. She loved her garden especially her roses and her zoo animals she put throughout the garden. She leaves behind her husband and four children: Charles Roper (Elizabeth) Roper Jr. of Wooster, Steven (Brittany) Roper of Wooster, Joshua (Chrissy) Roper of Wooster and Katherine (Matthew) West of Richfield; sixteen grandchildren; sister: Brenda Coutwright of Cleveland; two brothers: Anthony Roberts and William Roberts. Honorary Pallbearers are Charles Jr. Roper, Steven Roper, Joshua Roper, Matthew West, Charles Roper III, and Landon Roper.

She was preceded in death by her mother; Son: Anthony Roper; Sisters: Becky Knorr, Crystal Strang and Tina Courtwright.

Memorial Service for Sandra will be on December 10, 2022 on 2:00pm. With an hour of visitation starting at 1:00pm at the Matteson Funeral Home, 40 Congress Street, West Salem, Ohio 44287 with Pastor Mike Lycans officiating the service.
