Margaret R. Brislinger 75, of Fredericksburg died on Sunday, November 19th, 2023 at West View Manor in Wooster. She was born in Lodi, Ohio on September 29, 1948 to parents Carleton and Marian (Moutoux) Crosby. She went to Northwestern High School. Margaret was truly a tough lady. She suffered from fibromyalgia for many years. Survived 2 heart attacks. She had been battling cancer for 12 years. Undergone multiple surgeries, awful chemotherapy treatments and some radiation. Faced numerous side effects and infections that she had to be hospitalized for, yet she soldiered on. They know she is now pain free and in Gods loving embrace, and for that they are grateful. They are grateful that they were able to be by her side as she left this life. Margaret was so much more than a fighter, she enjoyed crocheting; she made over 50 blankets that she donated to hospice. She loved reading science fiction novels, playing her piano by ear, loved shopping, drawing, sewing, raising her Pomeranians, vegetable gardening, listening to oldies rock and roll and singing along. She was also an amazing cook and baker. She loved her family even though she was tough on them. She would go out of her way to try to help anyone if she could.
