Geraldine M (Brown) Kidd

Geraldine M Kidd, 91 of Lodi died Saturday August 21, 2021 at her home. She was born August 11, 1930 in Spencer the daughter of Horace and Helena (Malcuit) Brown. Geraldine was a homemaker all her life. She enjoyed bingo, bowling and going dancing. Geraldine was a member of the First Baptist Church in West Salem where she was involved in church activities. She loved her family in Christ at the First Baptist Church, Truth Baptist Church and Souls Harbor Church all in West Salem.

Geraldine is survived by her sons; Richard (Julie) Kidd of Lodi and Eugene Kidd of West Salem, seven grandchildren, 12 great grandchildren,3 great great grandchildren and a brother: William (Linda) Brown of Arkansas.

She is preceded in death by her parents, husband; Tom, sons; Kenneth and Ronald and brothers; Robert, Eugene and Harry Brown and a sister; Mary Ann Stiemets.

Funeral Service will be Tuesday August 24, 2021 @ 7:00 PM at the First Baptist Church, 129 South Main Street, West Salem with Pastor Jerry Arman officiating. Visitation will be Tuesday 5:00 pm  to 7:00 pm prior to the service at the church. Burial in Maple Hill Cemetery in Homer Township on Wednesday August 25 at 11:00 a.m.. Matteson Funeral Home in West Salem is assisting the family with arrangements.
