Bertha H. Cook, 84 of Orrville, Ohio died Saturday, October 21, 2023 at Orrville Pointe Nursing and Rehabilitation Center. She was born on June 20, 1939 in West Canaan, Ohio to parents Harvey and Esther (Helman) Jacobs. Bertha was a home maker all her life.

She married Joseph Cook Sr. on September 27, 1964. He preceded her in death on June 15, 2006.

She enjoyed crocheting, reading, knitting, drawing and playing cards.

Bertha is survived by her son; Joseph Cook Jr. of Wooster, grandchildren; Nick Wile, Steven Cook, Brandi Jones and Shianne Vargo, great grandchildren; Nicholas Wile Jr., Leeland Wile, Scarlett Wile, Draven Jones, Delilah Jones and John Vargo.

She was preceded in death by her husband; Joseph Cook Sr and her parents.
