Terry R Roper Sr.

Terry R. Roper Sr., 68 of West Salem died Tuesday, November 5, 2024 at his home.

He was born May 21, 1956 in Shiloh, Ohio the son of Senter and June (Kobb) Roper Jr. Terry retired from J & A Construction.

He enjoyed hunting, fishing, cookouts, watching westerns, collecting hats and squirrel watching with his best friends.

Terry is survived by his sons; Gerald (Tiffany) Roper and Rodney Roper, brothers; Rob and Tim (Jan) Roper, sisters; Charmaine (Phillip) Welch, Sheila (Chuck) Lewis, Estelle (Shawn) Troyan, Linda and Venetia Roper, grandchildren; Joey, Haley, Dominick, Jasmine, Peyton, Mikalah, Jadyn, Aerianna and two great grandchildren.

He is preceded in death by his parents, son; Terry Roper Jr., daughter; Carla Roper and a brother; Rick Roper, grandson; Nathan Roper and a sister-in-law Sandy.

Visitation will by November 11, 2024 from 12:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m. at the Matteson Funeral Home in West Salem, Ohio. Burial in Harrisville Lodi Union Cemetery (Woodlawn). Online condolences or a photo of Terry may be shared with the family at mattesonfh.com
