Tammy R Tanner, 56 of Barberton formerly of West Salem, Ohio died Tuesday April 18, 2017 at Summa Health System in Barberton.
Funeral Services will be Sunday April 23, 2017 at 2:00 p.m. at the Matteson Funeral Home in West Salem with Pastor Floyd Costello officiating. Friends will be received at the funeral home two hours prior to the services. Burial in Westfield Center Cemetery, Westfield Center, Ohio.

She was born February 16, 1961 in Nitro, West Virginia the daughter of Nial and Dotty (Meadows) Pennington.
She graduated from Nitro High School.
She was a homemaker and care giver. Tammy enjoyed dancing, fishing and the outdoors.
She is survived by her father, Nial Pennington of Barberton, husband, Bill Tanner, of West Salem, nieces Amanda Painter and Melany Salmon and nephew, Michael Salmon all of West Virginia.
Her mother Dotty Pennington, son, Timothy Pennington, sister, Clara Salmon and brother, Thomas Pennington died previously.
