Sylvia A Price 71 of Nova died Thursday October 18, 2012 at her home.
Funeral services will be Monday Oct. 22, 2012 @ 11:00 a.m. at the Matteson Funeral Home in West Salem with Pastor Robert Holmes officiating. Friends will be received at the funeral home Sunday evening 6:00 to 8:00. Burial in West Salem Cemetery. Memorial may be given to Hospice of North Central Ohio, 1050 Dauch Drive, Ashland, Ohio 44805. She was born June 30, 1941 in Alton, West Virginia the daughter of James and Letha (Frame) Detamore.
She had been employed at General Electric in Oberlin for 10 years.
She was a member of the Coon Hunter’s Club in Nova.
She is survived by her husband Virgil E Price whom she married November 14, 1962, four children Della (Mike) Wooten of North Carolina, Gloria Price of Ashland, Rebecca (Tim) Sobczynski of Sullivan and James (Sandra) Price of Ashland. 12 grandchildren and a great grandson
Her parents and 14 brothers and sisters died previously.
