She was born August 4, 1936 in Wooster the daughter of Francis and Marian (Messmore) Mowrer.
She was a homemaker all her life and was a member of the West Salem United Methodist Church.
She is survived by three children – Larry (Lynette) Hines of Spencer, West Virginia, Deborah Hines of Columbus and Ronald (Debora) Hines of West Salem.
Seven grandchildren and six great grandchildren
Her parents, four brothers and a sister died previously. Matteson Funeral Home in West Salem is assisting the family with the arrangements.
