Ruth P Prochazka, 86, of West Salem died Saturday August 31, 2013 at Wooster Community Hospital.
Memorial Service will be held at a later date. Burial of the ashes in Congress Cemetery . She was born March 15, 1927 in Steubenville, Ohio the daughter of Fred & Edith (Hale) Phillipson.
She graduated from Steubenville High School in 1945.
She had been employed for 26 years at Richmond Manufacturing Company in West Salem where she was a bookkeeper/secretary. She was a member of the Northwest 10 Farm Council, Farm Bureau Council and the Congress Community Church.
She is survived by her husband, Donald G Prochazka Sr. whom she married November 6, 1947,
three children, Donald (Linda) Prochazka Jr of West Salem, Ann (Virgil) Kline of West Salem and Linda Dahl of North Canton, six grandchildren and three great grandchildren.
Her parents, and two sisters died previously.
