Rose Brinker 76 of West Salem died Friday afternoon at Hospice House in Ashland.
Funeral services will be Wednesday March 23, 2011 at 11:00 at the Matteson Funeral Home in West Salem with Pastor Jerry Arman officiating. Friends will be received at the funeral home Tuesday 2:00 to 4:00 and 6:00 to 8:00. Burial in Hazzard Cemetery.
Memorial contributions may be given to Hospice of North central Ohio, 1050 Dauch Drive, Ashland, Ohio 44805
She was born Dec. 17, 1934 in Cleveland the daughter of Stanley and Julia (Sleva) Wojcik.
She was a homemaker all her life.
She was a member of the 50+ Club and Senior Citizen Club in West Salem.
She enjoyed bowling.
She is survived by her husband Wayne Scott
Three sons Harold (Chris) Brinker of Orrville, Darrell (Cathy) Brinker of West Salem and Nathan Brinker and his fiancée Allecia Remington of West Salem
Many grandchildren and great grandchildren
Four sisters Cecelia Bryda of Cleveland, Frances Brant of Cleveland, Jeanette Michalak of Berea and Joannie Michalak of Berea
Step children Robert W. Scott of Apple Creek, James M. (Rochelle) Scott of Wooster, Ronald L (Kimberly) Scott of Virginia and Janet E. (Glen) Dehart of Orrville
Her parents, first husband Harold (Yogi), daughter Debbie, great granddaughter, step daughter Christina M Scott several brothers and sisters
