Robert L Stine, 79 of West Salem died Monday evening at his home.
Funeral Service will be Friday October 7, 2016 at 1:00 p.m. at the Matteson funeral Home in West Salem with Pastors, Carlos Morales and Edward Howman officiating. Friends will be received at the funeral home two hours prior to the services. He was born February 17, 1937 in West Salem the son of Lawrence and Thelma(Winger)Stine.
He graduated from Homerville High School where he played basketball.
He retired from Spencer Forge Manufacturing after 40 years of service. He also was engaged in farming.
He was a member of the Church of God Ministry of Jesus Christ International in Wooster. He enjoyed playing the piano
He is survived by his wife, Reina (Lopez) Stine whom he married in 1999, children, Michael(Shelley)Stine, Gale(Michael)Rice, Faye(Michael)Foreman, Patricia Herte and Connie Stine, step children, Xiomara(Gary) Chaffin, Nancy(Fabio)Carbajal, Leonardo(Betty)Videa and Jamil(Juben)Madrid, 7 grandchildren, 6 step grandchildren, sisters, Winnie Salmon and Virginia Cartwright .
His parents, sister, brother and a grandson died previously.
