Robert (Bob) Roy Frontz

Robert (Bob) Frontz 88 of Burbank died on Thursday June 15, 2023 at Medina Hospital. He was born on September 27, 1934 to parents Roy and Mariam (Kopp) Frontz in Hayesville, Ohio. He worked at LTV Steel in Cleveland where he retired from after 40 years of employment.

Bob enjoyed being outside hunting deer, snow plowing, mowing and planting his garden where he gave most of his produce away. His grandchildren loved going to his place in the winter time to sled ride down his big hill. Bob loved to donate his time by decorating the trees for Share a Christmas. He was a man who loved sharing his gifts like his love of cooking. Bob enjoyed roasting a pig for different events like weddings and graduation parties, he called his business Roasting by Robert. Bob the type of man who would give anyone the shirt off his back if it would help them.

Bob leaves behind three daughters: Robin (Larry) Schell, Pam (Herb) Wiles and Jackie (Bryan) Stull; step-daughter: Kathy Montali; step-son: Michael Thomas; step- daughter-in-law; Kris Thomas thirteen grandchildren and twenty-two great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his wife, Mary Jane Frontz, step son, Chuck Thomas, step-son in law, John Montali, sister, Ginny Lee Frontz and first wife, Shirley Baxter.

The Memorial Service for Bob will be Saturday June 24, 2023 at 12:00 PM at the Matteson Funeral Home in West Salem, Ohio with Celebrant Victoria Devore officiating the service.
