Renita R. Alexander, 59 of Ashland formerly of West Salem died Sunday evening, May 11, 2025 at UH Samaritan Medical Center in Ashland.
She was born July 16, 1965 to parents Ermal and Wilma (Donley) Alexander Sr.
Renita graduated from Black River High School in May of 1983.
Her parents owned the Snack & Shack in Litchfield that is where Renita started her cooking career. Over the years she had been a cook at various places which include, Hungry Bear in Spencer, Bob Evans in Burbank, Village Cornerstone Restaurant in West Salem, Kingston of Ashland and Burbank Parke in Burbank. Renita collected clowns, enjoyed putting together jigsaw puzzles, riding the Harley when she could and spending time with her children and granddaughter; Annalee.
She is survived by her children; Rich Lee Alexander and his fiancé, Josephine and Angel Picciano, granddaughter; Annalee, a sister; Krista Miller , a brother; Ermal Alexander Jr.and a friend; Allen Hines
Preceded in death by her parents, brother; Kefton Donley and son-in-law; Scotty.
