Patricia Mae Knopp, 80 of West Salem died Tuesday January 26, 2016 at LifeCare Hospice in Wooster.
Memorial Service will be Wednesday January 27, 2016 @ 11:00 a.m. at Wayne Presbyterian Church, 7152 Burbank Road, Wooster. Matteson Funeral Home in West Salem is assisting the family with the arrangements. Online condolences maybe shared at the funeral home website www.mattesonfh.com . She was born May 6, 1935 in Keokuk, Iowa the daughter of Arthur & Viola (Whitaker) Parris.
She retired in 1995 from Southeastern Community College, West Burlington, Iowa where she taught biological sciences.
She was a member of Wayne Presbyterian Church and housekeepers Club.
She is survived by children, Dr. Lisa Knopp of Lincoln Nebraska, James (Sarah) Knopp of Chardon, Ohio and John(Kim) Knopp of Houston, Texas and six grandchildren.
Her parents and her husband Joseph died previously.
