Matthew J Stine, 35, of Mansfield formerly of West Salem died May 30, 2013 at his home.
Funeral services will be Tuesday June 4, 2013 at 11:00 at the Matteson Funeral Home in West Salem with Pastor Christopher Cottrel officiating. Friends will be received at the funeral home Monday evening 6-8. Burial in Congress Cemetery. He was born April 6, 1978 in Wooster, Ohio the son of John E & Linda L (Schmale) Stine.
He was a 1996 graduate of Northwestern High School.
He was very active member of Congress Pork Power 4-H Club. He had been employed as a grill cook for McDonald’s in Wooster.
Matt enjoyed country music and his hobbies included plastic canvas needle crafts, gardening, fishing and bowling.
He is survived by his mother and step father Linda and Randy Porter of Wooster, brother Timothy Stine of Lima, a special niece Chloe Sturgis, step brothers- Tony Jaeb of Shaker Heights, Justin Porter of Freemont and a step sister Magan Porter of Wooster.
His father died previously.
