Mary Ann (Dreibelbis-Buxton) Roberts

Mary Ann Roberts, 69, of 43902 State Route 145, Lewisville, Ohio passed away Sunday, January 26, 2014 at her home.
She was born at Wadsworth, Ohio on February 10, 1944 a daughter of the late Frashur and Mary Dreibelbis Buxton.
She was a homemaker and was a former aide at the Monroe County Care Center, Woodsfield, Ohio. She and her husband also pastored the Pentecostal Memorial Chapel on Moose Ridge near Woodsfield, Ohio. She was also an avid Cleveland Indians and Cleveland Browns fan.
In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by three brothers, Ronald, Roy, and Edward Buxton; a son, Duane "Dewey" Anderson.
Surviving are her husband of fifty years, Castle William Roberts Sr. whom she married on June 4, 1963; Two daughters, Tammy (William) Crawford of Wadsworth, Ohio; Becky (Samuel) Ray of Creston, Ohio; Eight sons, Castle William (Michelle) Roberts of Cleveland, Ohio; John (Diane) Roberts of Marietta, Ohio; James (Rebecca) Roberts of Wadsworth, Ohio; Timmy (Yvette) Roberts of West Salem, Ohio; Matthew (Julia) Roberts of Rittman, Ohio; Daniel (Cathy Jo) Roberts of Wadsworth, Ohio; Brian (Tameria) Buxton of Columbus, Ohio; Dennis (Darla) Dean of Columbus, Ohio; and fostered many others. Three sisters, Linda Dean of Woodsfield, Ohio; Gladys Rhodes of Rittman, Ohio; Carol Beasley of Raleigh, North Carolina. One brother, Raymond Buxton of The Plains, Ohio. Eighteen grandchildren, Eight great-grandchildren, several nieces and nephews.
Friends will be received at the Watters Funeral Home, 37501 S.R. 78 west, Woodsfield, Ohio from 6-8 P.M. Thursday, January 30, 2014.
Friends then received at the Life Tabernacle Church, 9878 Krabill Road, Rittman, Ohio 44270 from 6-9 P.M. Friday January 31, 2014 where funeral services will be held 11:00 A.M. Saturday, February 1, 2014 with Rev. David Darst officiationg. Matteson Funeral Home in West Salem is handling the local arrangements.
