Mary E Criss

Mary Elizabeth (Fisher) Criss, 67 of West Salem went home to be with the Lord on Sept. 15, 2018 after a fight with cancer since 1999.

Funeral Services will be Friday September 21, 2018 at 6:00 PM at New Beginnings Crossroads Fellowship, in West Salem  with Pastor Mike Simmons officiating.  Friends will be received one hour prior to the services. Burial in Fair Haven Cemetery, West Salem. Memorial may be given to the Matteson Funeral Home, P.O. She was born July 9, 1951 in Clarksburg, West Virginia the daughter Charles and Lona (Fisher) Lowe.

She married Russell L Criss on July 18, 1969 who preceded her in death on August 19, 2010.

Mom was a sweet southern lady and a peacemaker. She always had unconditional love for everyone.  Mary was the best cook ever and loved animals. She had a strong faith in God and worshiped her Lord and Savior at New Beginnings Crossroads Fellowship.

Mary is survived by her children, Carol Imars of Savannah, Joyce (Bill) Davis of West Salem, Bobby (Melissa) Criss of Polk and Brian (Sara) Criss of Ashland, 19 grandchildren, Rebecca, Bedro, Renee, Steve, Tyler, Rosie, Kelsey, David, Jamie, Matt, Cody, Brittany, Alexis, Eddie, Steve, Josh, Damon, Arianna and Brett, 11 great grandchildren, Jaysen, Jayda, Jaycob, Jayden, Kysen, Blayden, Jaelynn, Amiya, Ava, Bentley and Ryan.

Her parents and husband, Russell died previously.
