Martha J Cogar 80 of West Salem died Wed Dec. 12, 2012 at Lodi Community Hospital.
Funeral service will be Monday Dec. 17, 2012 @ 11:00 a.m. at the Matteson Funeral Home in West Salem with Pastor Jerry Morris officiating.

She was born Sept. 7, 1932 in Fairmont, West Virginia the daughter of John & Enola (White) Martin.
She was a wall paper hanger for many years. Martha enjoyed games, bingo and bowling.
She is survived by five children- Mary E. Markley of West Salem, Cheryl Cogar of West Salem, James (Peggy) Cogar of Wadsworth, Robert (Denise) Cogar of Warren and Brian Cogar of S. Webster, Ohio nine grandchildren and 17 great grandchildren
Her parents, husband Robert Cogar, three brothers and two sisters died previously.
