Luther T(Butch)LaSage, 66 pf Ashland formerly of West Salem died Friday April 29, 2016 at Ohio State University in Columbus.
Funeral Services will be Wednesday May 4, 2016 @ 11:00 a.m. at the Matteson Funeral Home in West Salem with Pastor Mike Lycans officiating. Friends will be received at the funeral home on Tuesday 3-5 and 7-9. Burial in Hazzard cemetery with military services conducted by James Stevenson American Post 499 of West Salem. He was born March 12, 1950 in Meadville, Pa. the son of Leon & Patricia(Craig) LaSage.
He served in the US Army during the Vietnam War.
He was a member of American Legion Post 523 in Lodi.
He is survived by his wife Mary Ann (Graves) LaSage, whom he married October 20, 1984, children, Iletha Shaw of Rittman, Kelly LaSage of Cleveland, Tracy LaSage of Ashland, Bill(Shelley) LaSage of Creston and Nikki Boyes of Cuyahoga Falls, 10 grandchildren, 18 great grandchildren, his mother, Patricia Filkins of Ashland, 3 brothers and 6 sisters.
His father, two grandsons, two brothers a sister and his step father died previously
