Loretta A Snoddy 89 of Ashland died Friday May 4, 2012 at her home.
Funeral services will be Tuesday May 8, 2012 @ 11:00 at the Albion Brethren Church with Pastor Matthew Potosky officiating. Friends will be received Monday evening from 6:00 to 9:00 at the Matteson Funeral Home in West Salem and a half hour prior to the service at the church. Burial in Albion Cemetery.

She was born July 22, 1922 in Akron the daughter of Robert & Thelma (Snyder) Kurtz.
Loretta graduated from Springfield High School in Akron. She was a homemaker all her life.
She was a member of the Albion Brethren Church, Women Guild of the church, church choir and had served as Sunday School Secretary. She was a past member of the Jackson Grange.
She is survived her children David Eugene Snoddy of Sullivan, Ruth (Jerry) Waters of Ashland and Vernon (Tina) Snoddy of Hayesville
8 grandchildren and several great grandchildren
Her husband, Allen Kenneth Snoddy, parents, step mother Nellie Kurtz and two brothers Edson and Robert Kurtz Jr. died previously.
