Lorena S (Yoho) Crosby

Lorena S. Crosby, 74 of Ashland, Ohio formerly West Salem, Ohio died Monday, March 11, 2024 at UH Samaritan Medical Center after a sudden illness.

She was born April 2, 1949 in Wooster the daughter of Elmer and Margaret (Bates) Yoho.

Lorena graduated from Northwestern High School in 1968. She married Phillip Crosby Sr on August 2, 1968. He survives.

Lorena had been employed at Premium Building Products in West Salem for 10 years and then she retired from Walmart in Wooster where she worked for over 25 years.

Lorena enjoyed playing Bingo, camping and watching her grandchildren swim.

She is survived by her husband, Phil of 55 years of marriage, children; Phillip (Cindy) Crosby Jr of Wooster, Marvin (Jenny) Crosby of Creston, Steven Crosby of Ashland and Susan (Scott) Perry of Ashland, 13 grandchildren, 35 great grandchildren and a sister; Mary Adkins of Wooster.

Lorena is preceded in death by her parents, grandson; Robert Crosby, siblings; Carlin and Charles Yoho and Linda Stewart and a daughter-in-law; Tammy Crosby.

Funeral Service will be Friday March 15, 2024 at 12:00 p.m. at the Matteson Funeral Home in West Salem with Pastor Tadd Sponseller officiating.
