Lois M Soria, 81, of Sullivan died Thursday August 22, 2013 at Hospice of North Central Ohio.
Funeral Mass will be Wednesday August 28, 2013 at 11:00 a.m. at St. Stephen Catholic Church in West Salem with Rev. James P Schmitz officiating. Friends will be received at the Matteson Funeral Home, West Salem on Tuesday evening 6:00 to 8:00. Burial in Resurrection Cemetery in Valley City. She was born May 21, 1932 in Cleveland the daughter of Charles & Rose (McManus) Calkins.
Lois retired from the City of Cleveland where she was a bookkeeper.
She moved to Sullivan in 1987 from Cleveland.
She is a member of St. Stephen Catholic Church in West Salem.
Lois is survived by her husband Patrick J Soria whom she married May 1, 1965, nephew, Martin Calkins of Boston, niece, Terrie Frenson of Basking Ridge, New Jersey, sister-in-law, Sally Calkins of Lyndhurst and 16 nieces and nephews.
Her parents, 2 brothers and a sister died previously.
