Linden D Leiby

Linden D Leiby, 75 of West Salem died Friday July 15, 2022 at his home.

He was born December 2, 1946 in Lodi the son of Fane and Ruth (Ridgeway) Leiby.

He graduated in 1966 from Black River High School.

Linden served in the US Army during the Vietnam War.

He retired from Brost Foundry in Lodi after 20 years.

Linden enjoyed dogs, horses and being outside.

He is survived by children; Michael Leiby and (Kate Kajack), Brian Leiby and (Amy Newman) and Michelle Smith and (Shawn Clay), grandchildren; Kirk, Kayla, Zach, Parker and Erica, and two great grandchildren: Kaleb and Kenzie.

His parents, wife; JoAnn and six siblings: Walter Leiby, Raymond Leiby, Garold Leiby, Robert Leiby, Shirley Bonnell and Carol Leiby died previously.

Memorial Service for Linden will be Tuesday July 26, 2022 at 1:00 pm at the Matteson Funeral Home in West Salem with Chaplain Bob Hutton officiating with visitation one hour prior to the service at the funeral home . Burial will be in West Salem Cemetery where military rites will be conducted by James Stevenson American Legion Post 499 of West Salem.
