Leona Lee (Chmura) Pummell

Leona (Lee) Pummell, 95 of Ashland died Tuesday evening at her home.

Graveside services will be in  West Salem Cemetery at a later date.

Lee was born August 28, 1922 in Cleveland, Ohio  the daughter of Stanislaw & Sophie (Zdzielo) Chmura.

Lee retired from National Latex after 32 years and was a homemaker all her life.

She is survived by her children, Linda (Tom) Osborn of Polk and Larry (Sheila) Pummell of Florida, many grandchildren, great grandchildren and great great grandchildren

She was preceded  in death by her  husband Russell Pummell  who died in 2016 after 77 years of marriage , a grandson Rick Pummell , a sister and three brothers.
