Lea Phyllis Daniels, 76, of Homerville died Saturday evening Sept. 27, 2014 at her home.
Funeral Services will be Friday Oct 3, 2014 at 11:00 a.m. at the United Methodist Church in West Salem with Pastors Beryl Baum and Floyd Costello officiating. Friends will be received at the Matteson funeral Home in West Salem on Thursday evening 6-8. Burial in Maple Hill Cemetery, Homerville, Ohio. She was born Feb 8, 1938 in Pleasant Co., West Virginia the daughter of Russell & Bessie Roxie (Elmore) Chapman
She retired from Medina General Hospital where she had worked in the housekeeping dept.
She is a member United Methodist Church and Women’s Society of the church. She enjoyed crocheting and reading her Bible.
Her greatest love was spreading the fragrance of the Lord.
She is survived by her husband, Curtis Daniels whom she married Feb. 26, 1971, daughter, Cherrie (Greg) Reger-Watson of Akron, daughter-in-law, Melanie Chapman of West Salem, grandson, Earl chapman of West Salem, brothers, Denver (Millie) Cain of Sarahsville, Ohio and Jasper(Wanda) Cain of Cleveland.
Her parents, son Clarence Ray Chapman and two step sons died previously
