Larry G Collins, 74 of Wooster formerly of Polk died Monday evening May 11, 2015 at LifeCare Hospice in Wooster.
Graveside Memorial Services will be held at a later date in Polk Cemetery.

He was born October 22, 1940 in Fayette County, Springhill Twp., Pennsylvania the son of Gilbert W & Ruth E (Labin) Collins Jr.
He served in the US Army for 3 years.
He retired from Chrysler Corp in Twinsburg after 38 years.
He is a member of the Polk United Methodist Church.
His is survived by his wife, Phyllis (Powell) Collins whom he married in 1999, daughters, Cheri Collins of Canal Fulton and Christy Gray of Kent, a grandson Alex Wurst, step children, Bob, Jim, Chuck & Bryan Nutting, 8 step grandchildren and a step great grand daughter, Bailie and a brother, Ronald Collins and other family members.
His parents died previously.
