Katherine Ann Gruver (Kate) 53 of West Salem died Wednesday Dec. 19, 2012 at Riverside Methodist Hospital in Columbus.
Memorial services will be Sat. December 22, 2012 @ 11:00 a.m. at the Matteson Funeral Home in West Salem with Pastor Christopher Cottrel officiating.

She was born January 29, 1959 in Fairview Park the daughter of Daniel P. & Gwendolyn (Cain) Zawacki.
She graduated from Black River High School in 1977.
Kate had been employed at the Farmer State Bank in West Salem for 20 years.
She enjoyed her grandchildren, hunting and bird watching.
She is survived by her husband- Charles Bruce Gruver whom she married Aug 20, 1976, two children Elizabeth (Tim) Dunbar of Pa and Ben Gruver of West Salem, 2 grandchildren
Four sisters Dorothy Z (Roy) Balkin of Nova, Karen Z (William) Emery of Ashland, Mary Z Amato of Savannah and Rachel B (Rodney) Blair of Indiana
Two brothers- Daniel Zawacki of Ashland and Jeremiah (Michele) Espy of Nova
Her parents died previously
