Heather J Osborn, 41 of Polk died Sunday April 17, 2016 at Riverside Methodist Hospital in Columbus.
Memorial Service will be Sunday April 24, 2016 at 4:00 p.m. at the Matteson Funeral Home in West Salem with Pastor Don Earlenbaugh officiating. Visitation will be two hours prior to the services. Online condolences may be shared at the funeral home website@mattesonfh.com .
She was born June 14, 1974 in Millersburg the daughter of Larry & Bonnie (Kays) Atkinson.
She was a home maker all her life. She was a member of Polk Amvets Post 149 Ladies Auxiliary.
She enjoyed spending time with her family and friends and gambling.
She is survived by her husband, Thomas L Osborn whom she married Dec. 10, 1994, daughters, Jessica and Lindsey Osborn of the home, grandson, Brayden, mother, Bonnie and step father Don Norris of Holmesville, sister, Dawn Kays of Florida, and brothers, Jack and Donnie Norris of Holmesville and father and mother-in-law, Thomas(Linda)Osborn of Polk
Her father and grandma Purdy died previously
