Harry A Walker,96 of Ashland died Wednesday November 30, 2016 at Good Shepherd Care Center.
Funeral Mass will be Monday December 5, 2016 at 11:00 a.m. at St. Stephen Catholic Church in West Salem with Father Thomas Stock officiating.
Visitation will be Sunday afternoon 4:00 to 6:00 p.m. at the Matteson Funeral Home in West Salem. Burial in Holy Cross Cemetery in Cleveland. Online condolences may be shared at the funeral home website at mattesonfh.com
He was born September 23, 1920 in Berea the son of Walter and Rose (Jawarski) Piechocinski.
He served from 1942 to 1945 in the US Navy during WW II.
Harry retired in 1986 from General Motors in Parma.
He is a member of St Stephen Catholic Church and UAW Local 1005.
He is survived by his son, Harry J (Lynn)Walker of Mansfield
His wife, Betty, parents, son, Jeffrey Walker, daughter, Bonnie Pudder, brothers, Johnny, Eddie and Ray Walker, sisters, Adaline Wilcek and, Rose Mary Wolanski died previously
