George W Tahya, 85 of Lodi, Ohio died Wednesday March 23, 2016 at Arbors in Minerva.
Funeral Services will be Tuesday March 29, 2016 at 11:00 a.m. at the Matteson Funeral Home in West Salem with Pastor Terry Clark officiating.

He was born September 1, 1930 in Cleveland the son of George & Margaret D (Herberth) Tahya.
He served in the US Army during the Korean War
He married Georgiann(Humphreys) Tahya on August 26, 1975, she preceded him in death on Dec. 7, 2009.
He retired in 1992 from CSX Transportation in Willard, Ohio after 44 years of service.
He is survived by a sister, Margaret Dorothy Forrester of Avon Lake, Ohio
His parents and a brother, Robert H Tahya died previously
