Gail S Baldwin, 57 of West Salem died Saturday October 14, 2017 at Magnolia Care Center in Wadsworth after a long illness.
Celebration of Life Service will be Saturday October 28, 2017 at 1:00 p.m. at the United Methodist Church in West Salem with Pastor Floyd Costello officiating.

She was born August 4, 1960 in Lodi the daughter of Marlon and Opal (Brown) Fowler.
Gail enjoyed puzzles, reading and listening to music.
She had been employed at Medina Maintenance for five years.
She is survived by mother Opal Blankenship of West Salem, sisters, Brenda(Steve)Roberts of Wooster and Shirley Towne of Medina, a niece and two nephews, two great nephews and her ex-husband, Dexter Baldwin.
Her father died previously.
