Fred H Hines

West Salem—Fred H. Hines passed away peacefully on January 12, 2022 at LifeCare Hospice of Wooster. Fred was born on January 25, 1940 to Howard and Mary Hines and lived his entire life on the family farm. He also ran his welding business on the farm in which he was still doing small jobs up until his recent decline in health.

He was preceded in death by his beloved wife, Marjorie of 58 years and his sister Betsy.  He will be missed by his children Allen (Renita Alexander) and Judy (Brian) Reed, both of West Salem, granddaughters Jessica (Bobby) Griffith of West Salem, Kelsey (Mathew) Schaefer of Red Haw and Allison (Zachary) Noble of Wooster.  Also surviving are five great grandchildren, Camden, Piper, Charlotte, Haden and Maisie and brother-in-law Richard Viering of Copley.

A celebration of life will be held at a later time to share memories with family and friends.
