Ethel Jean Halliwell 90 of formerly West Salem died Tuesday Jan 1, 2013 at Brethren Care Nursing Home in Ashland.
Private family services will be Sat Jan. 5, 2012.
Burial in Hazzard Cemetery. Matteson Funeral Home in West Salem is assisting the family with arrangements.

She was born May 27, 1922 in Akron the daughter of Edward and Lulu (Palmer) Wise.
She was a homemaker all her life.
After graduating High School she had worked at Edwin Shaw Hospital in Akron as a medical secretary for 3 years.
She was a member of the Order of the Eastern Star, Garfield Chapter # 324 of West Salem.
She is survived by two sons- Kenneth (Sally) Haliwell of Columbus and Marion David Halliwell of Marion
Her parents and husband Carl Halliwell, a brother and sisters
