Duane Richard Piatt

Duane Richard Piatt, 69 of Lodi formerly of west Salem passed away after a long battle with Cancer surrounded by family. Duane was born May 30, 1952 in Lodi the son of Elmer and Charlotte (Karns) Piatt.

Duane was a hard worker at Johnson Brothers Rubber Company in West Salem for 40 years. He was a loving husband, father and grandfather.

Duane is survived by sons; Joe (Crystal) McCoy, Chad (Amber) Piatt and Charles (Alisha) Piatt, sister; Pat Heilman, numerous grandkids and great grandkids.

He is preceded in death by; wife, Mary( McCoy) Piatt, his parents, sisters; Gladys Carter and Betty Roberts, brother; Elmer Lance.

Burial will be Wednesday September 29, 2021  at 11:00 am at Hazzard Cemetery in West Salem.  Matteson Funeral Home is assisting the family with arrangements. The family would find great comfort if you shared a memory of Duane on the funeral home's website
