Dorothy L Kimpton

Dorothy L. Kimpton, 84 of West Salem, Ohio died April 14, 2020 at Smithville Western Care Center. Dorothy was born in Long Bottom, Ohio on April 25, 1935 to parents Burt and Myrtle Lawrence. Dorothy was a home maker her entire life. She enjoyed taking care to the home and her children. She loved the outdoors, she enjoyed camping, fishing and gardening.

She is survived by her Daughter: Betty (Donald) Wine of West Salem; Step Children: Phillip (Deanna) Kimpton, Bill (Vickie) Kimpton, Margret Long, Barbara (Mike) Castronova, Ralph Lawrence, William Kimpton; Brother: Ralph Johns; Sister: Shirley Thomas; Grand Children: Sharon (Greg) Vance, Tracy Wine, Zach Kimpton, Damon Lawrence, and Cody Lawrence; five Great Grand Children and three great  great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents; Sister, Angie Scott; Brother, Jene Lawrence; Husband, Alfred Kimpton and Step Son, William Kimpton.

Dorothy’s family will be having a  Graveside Service at West Salem Cemetery, officiated by Pastor Beryl Baum on Saturday, April 25, 2019 at 1:00 P.M.
