Donald F Miller

Donald F Miller, 80 of West Salem died Friday morning at Smithville-western Care Center in Wooster.

Funeral Services will be Friday January 4, 2019 at 1:00 PM at the Matteson Funeral Home in West Salem with Pastor Matt Potosky officiating.  Visitation will be received at the funeral home two hours prior to the services at the funeral home.  Burial in South View Cemetery in Sullivan. Memorials may be made to Matteson Funeral Home, P.O. Box 314, west Salem, Ohio  44287 .  He was born October 25, 1938 in Bedford, Ohio the son of Jessie & Dorothy (Bonner) Miller.

Don had been employed for Neuger Petroleum for over 30 years and he retired from Owens Corning as a truck driver. He was a member of the Eagles in Wellington and a volunteer Fireman on Sullivan Fire Department for 8 years.  Don enjoyed visiting with the guys at the restaurant.

Don is survived by his wife, Dona (Hansen) Miller whom he married in 1956, children, Christine (Denny) Farnsworth, Donald (Laura) Miller Jr., Michele Yost and Scott (Ronda) Miller, 14 grandchildren and 14 great grandchildren.

His parents and a brother, Paul Miller died previously.
