Daniel Luke Hines infant son of Tiffany Tackett and Brian Hines died Thursday August 8, 2019 at UH Samaritan Hospital in Ashland.
Daniel is survived by his parents of Polk, a brother, Nathaniel Hines of the home and many other family members.
