Clarence P. Phillips 83 of West Salem died Sunday Jan 8, 2012 at the Good Shepherd Nursing Home in Ashland.
Funeral services will be Friday Jan. 13, 2012 @ 11:00 at the Matteson Funeral Home in West Salem with Pastor Julie Thoms officiating.
Friends will be received at the funeral home Thursday 2:00 to 3:00 and 7:00 to 8:00. Burial in Eastlawn Memory Gardens in Brunswick.

He was born July 30, 1928 in Glady, West Virginia the son of George and Sarah (Armstrong) Phillips.
He served in the US Air Force.
He retired Aug. 1, 1993 from Friction Products in Medina.
He is survived by his wife Charlene (Camp) Phillips
Three children- Edward (Donna) Phillips of Akron, Norma Pugh and Jeff Tomlin of West Salem and Betty Jo (Tom) Deuley of West Salem
Five grandchildren and five great grandchildren
A sister Goldie Wright of West Virginia
His parents, three brothers, two sisters, and a great granddaughter died previously.
