Brian R Bergholz

Brian R. Bergholz, 70 of West Salem died Monday June 13, 2022 at Akron General Hospital.

Brian was born April 29, 1952 in Fairview, Ohio to the late Roger and Lois (Annable) Bergholz.

He graduated from Rocky River High School in 1970.

He married Suzanne (Shultz) Bergholz on March 14, 1980.

He retired after 35 years as a Respiratory Therapist from Cleveland Clinic, Cleveland, Ohio.

Brian enjoyed spending time with his wife, cooking, his cats and dogs. He was a wonderful husband, father and grandpa. Brian was a fantastic musician who played the trumpet and he loved going to the theater.

Brian is survived by his wife; Suzanne of 41 years, children; Brandon (Carrie) Bergholz of Ashland and Jessica (Paul) Standen of Elyria, grandchildren; Lainey, Evan, Jaden and Carson and a brother; Bruce and Becky Bergholz of North Carolina.

He is preceded in death by his parents and a sister Andrea Brojstan.
