Brett Michael Lycans

Brett Michael Lycans, 30 of West Salem died Saturday February 13, 2021 due to injuries sustained from an accident. He was born January 17, 1991 in Wooster, Ohio to parents Todd and Vonda (Smith) Lycans. He attended Northwestern High School. He had been previously employed by CM Plumbing of Wooster. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, being outside and he loved spending time with his daughter Chloe.

He is survived by his parents: Todd (Tracy Kovacs) Lycans and Vonda Lycans; daughter: Chole Lycans and her mother Samantha Kurzenberger; sisters: Terri Bartholomew and Courtney Kovacs; brothers: Austin and Christopher Kovacs; grandparents: John and Betty Smith and Wanda and John Morgan; niece: Madison Pritt; several aunts and uncles. He was preceded in death by his grandfather: Ray Lycans.

Memorial Services will be held Monday March 1, 2021 at 11:00 a.m. at the Matteson Funeral Home in West Salem with Pastor Michael Lycans officiating.
