Banner M Vojtech of West Salem went home to be with the Lord on Thursday October 18, 2018 at Lodi Hospital.

Funeral Service will be Thursday October 25, 2018 at 6:00 p.m. at the Matteson Funeral Home in West Salem with Pastor Mike Simmons officiating.  Friends will be received at the funeral home two hours prior to the service. Burial in West Salem Cemetery.

Memorial may be given to the Matteson Funeral Home, P.O. Box 314, West Salem   44287 to help with funeral expenses.

Banner was born August 22, 2018 in Wooster the son of Clinton Vojtech and Jordan Kloka.

He is survived by his parents, brother, John, grandparents, Tina Rasmus and Ronald and Ellie Vojtech all of West Salem and many aunts and uncles.
