Anthony V Smith

Anthony V. Smith, 58 of West Salem died Thursday September 19, 2019 at Kingston of Ashland.

He was born December 13, 1960 in Wooster the son of Bobby L and Susie (McDougale) Smith.

Andy attended Northwestern High School. He had been employed as a truck driver for Domino Logistics Company in Ashland, Ohio.

Andy is survived by sons, Anthony V. Smith II of West Salem, Jeremy (Kelly) Sexton of Port Charlotte, Florida, granddaughters, Hailee and Kylee, grandsons, Dylan and Logan, life partner, Diane Smith, his mother, Susie, sisters, Tammy (Tony) Royse of West Salem, Barb Smith of Ashland, brothers, Kevin ( Lori) Smith of Ashland, Keith(Tammy) Smith of West Salem, many nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins.

His father died previously.

Visitation will be Sunday September 22, 2019 from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm at the Matteson Funeral Home in West Salem.  Burial will be in Hazzard Cemetery.  Those who wish to share a memory or make an online condolence may do so by visiting mattesonfh.com
