Allen F Hines, born on January 11, 1963, in Lodi, Ohio, passed away at his home on August 13, 2026.
Allen was the beloved son of the late Frederick and Marjorie Hines. He is survived by his sister, Judy Reed, and Brian Reed, nieces; Jessica (Bobby) Griffith, Kelsey (Mat) Schaefer and Allison (Zach) Noble, great nieces and great nephews..
Allen’s journey began in West Salem where he graduated in 1981 from Northwestern High School, building the foundation for a life defined by diligence and commitment. Demonstrating a passion for both the arts and technical skill, he went on to earn an associate degree from the Pittsburgh School of the Arts in 1983. This blend of artistic inclination and practical expertise would characterize much of his personal and professional endeavors.
A dedicated and respected machinist, Allen contributed his expertise to Rexroth in Wooster before later joining Advanced Bronze in Lodi. Colleagues and friends alike recognized Allen for his reliability, skilled craftsmanship, and steadfast work ethic.
Outside his career, Allen pursued a variety of interests that greatly enriched his life. He found joy in hunting and the freedom of riding his motorcycle, activities that brought him close to nature and provided moments of adventure and reflection. His lifelong membership in the National Rifle Association reflected not only his enthusiasm for the outdoors but also a commitment to the values he held dear.
Allen’s legacy is one of perseverance, technical skill, and a steadfast embrace of life’s passions. He will be missed deeply by all who had the privilege of knowing him, and he leaves behind a memory cherished by his surviving family.
