Cody Mitchell Farner, 18 Flew with the Angels to be with his Lord and Savior on September 11, 2016.
Cody was born in Ashland, Ohio on January 20, 1998 to Rodney and Kimberly Farner. Cody was finishing his last year in High School to graduate. Cody was an avid Steelers fan. He was a giving, helpful, respectful young man. He enjoyed his family time with his younger sisters.
He is survived by his parents, Rodney and Kimberly Farner of Ashland, sisters, Brianna and Autumn Farner of the home, Tiffany Farner of Ashland and Tabbitha Betts of Columbus and a brother Rodney Farner Jr. of Ashland. His grandmother, Dolores Repp of Arizona and many aunts, uncles and cousins that loved him.
His grandparents died previously.
Funeral Services will be Saturday September 17, 2016 at 11:00 a.m. at the Matteson Funeral Home in West Salem with Pastor John Teevan officiating. Friends will be received at the funeral home on Friday evening 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. Burial in West Salem Cemetery. Memorial may be given to the Matteson funeral Home, P.O.
